JOB DESCRIPTION

We want individuals who possess exceptional phone sales skills, have a great attitude, love to compete at a high level, and are top performers. You will work alongside and compete with highly successful sales professionals; your abilities and efforts will be rewarded with an uncapped compensation program.

At American Fleet Insurance you WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

• Calling company provided leads to engage with financial decision makers
• Interacting with owner/operators and business owners to help serve their insurance needs
• Evaluating all aspects of potential customer portfolio to determine appropriate carriers and policies that match business type, equipment type, and insurance needs
• Preparing insurance quote submissions and ensuring all stipulations are satisfied with required documents
• Structuring customer insurance quotes, presenting, and closing customers on terms
• Providing industry-leading customer service: speed, expertise, and effective communication
• Building, maintaining, and growing a pipeline of American Fleet Insurance customers

At American Fleet Insurance you WILL NEED TO HAVE…

• A Current Property & Casualty State License
• A strong desire to succeed, competitive drive, money-motivated mindset, and the ability to close transactions and meet individual weekly/monthly/quarterly sales goals
• The skillset and desire to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
